Pay As You Go



Changing your monthly card payment on Worldpay


If you have a Shop Maker PAYG account and wish to change the card the payments are taken from, please do the following:

  • You will need the email address you used when you registered along with the Worldpay agreement ID.
  • If you don't have these, contact us and we will provide these to you.
  • Once you have these, click here and enter the details. Worldpay will send you your login details.
  • Once you have these, click here and enter the login details.
  • Once logged in, you should be able to change the card details.




FAQ's


Q: I don't know my agreement ID. How do I get this?
A: Contact us and we will give you the details.

Q: I no longer use the email address I registered with so I am unable to retrieve my login details from Worldpay. What should I do?
A: A new account will need to be set-up. Let us know and we will cancel the old one. To re-register, click here.
